Yoga Classes Starting in February
I'm back...

After being on a hiatus on and off for two years...
I am ready to get back into the classroom. If you have previously taken classes with me, you have known my style to continually progress and change as I grew in my own journey. I hope you will join me for a powerful 75 minute class each week.
Shanti Sadhana Thursdays 7-8:15pm
75 minutes of asana, satsang, meditation, pranayama, and chanting. Classes start 21 February 2019.
